Yes I am. The health care system here is second to none. I am not sure about those procedures but one does not preclude the other. There are good and bad points such as reliability and serviceability. I know a lot of Americans come up to Toronto Shouldice Hospital for hernia repairs. They have to pay 4000-5000 but we pay nothing for the operation.
As for Danny Williams, he makes a mockery of our system, for he will be reimbursed by our health care system. He should be voted out of office. As I have mentioned earlier, don't think much of a Newfie.
