One part of the merger, has a value of $40 million dollars. ONE PART! The last PR, they say you will like how the assets will be. Next to last PR, CEO says this is a huge merger, that he thought he never see one of this size. It all in the last three PR'S and, if we still have only 36 million shares out. Does that not put us at a book value alot higher?

The O/S are 38 million and most of those are held by insiders. Read all the news on pinksheets, this company is worth 40 million dollars just to start. Do your DD. According to the big board stocks and value we would be worth dollars.
