I have no doubt it will turn around, the problem is when?.

Lesson number 1 was not learned by Ben.

I simply pointed out why the pps has dropped, a few posters want to hang it on some negative posters, nonsense.

The reduction of shares did not distract the focus of the real problem and many simply bailed.

Still many posts, suggesting "next week" mantra and and quite honestly, that is not what people want to hear, because next week has past, last week and the week before that, it gets old.

I suggested the week of Jan 4th that by weeks end, it could ugly but I was Wrong, there was enough supporters to hang on til?

I would guess a couple of weeks ago.

When we do projects we use TEST Data with other agencies that is simply a snapshot of a weeks worth of data of a week ago, if we do volume testing, we look for when that agency has this peak.

For instance the IRS and Online Taxpayer software, well, that would be end of Jan through March for Peak.

You Test with REAL Data in the background, you run parallel testing and you do this with a high volume of data to weed out problems. I HAD TO ASSUME they did this since the "Exhaustively Tested" was touted, but Obviously this is not the case and that is why I say BS.

These Issues should have been addressed Prior to launch and YES, I did expect for them to have some glitches that should have been resolved some time ago, like the end of Jan.
