Don't know what to make of it... except that acquisition is acquisition, and the stated materials are what they are... 1000's of top songs... difference is in market positioning and sales. Clearly, the value-difference in UCSO is that it's CEO is a VP for Sales at Sony... one might think that's more than a "tid-bit" fact.
