Why are these PRs not hitting the wire with Ameritrade or Etrade?

Not sure about that. Almost 20M buys and I have yet to see an MM move this morning.

I have most likely been hurt by stocks in the past but I am expecting more non-retail sell off in 30 mins for some reason.

However if we break into 7, we should start a good run.
