Were people really relying on the value of that stuff? I wasn't. Does not seem like the SEC would take action on that.

I think it is the cash issue as described. Regardless of the outcome if it is over permanently missing cash or clarification of bank name and account, the company just stinks too much over this.

A gamechanger is needed now to compensate or else I would be happy to find an opportunity to sell at $1 at some point.
