Steaks or anybody else

All we need from our CEO is the following:
a) to state that they are busy with a variety of designs
b) to confirm that they are spending 90% of their time speaking with potential customers
c) to confirm that they have a subcontractor with sufficient (some number would help) capacity
d) and lastly to explain why the website is outdated, when the ordering system will be up and running and to apologise for not answering our e-mails!

Am I asking too much?
