The guy bought $10,000 worth of Unico shares, or did he get a discount? Or was it shares in lieu of cash for earned compensation? I doubt money changed hands simply because there is not any money in the treasury to pay in cash. The guys is just getting what he can before this thing craters. Better to get something than nothing.
