People who want to control their own destiny:

1) They make a list of questionaires
2) They pick up the phone and call the company
3) They try to get a hold of the CEO and get the answers straight from the boss
4) They don't go on message boards whinning and moaning everyday
5) They don't attack people, who happen, not sharing the same point of views
6) And most important of all, they don't pretend to be nice when asking questions, but turn around and get nasty when they don't like the responses.
