If one can't make a buck by buying low and selling high, then one is forced to turn to the dark side, learn how to time attacks on message boards with attacks on L2. Because they know it's easier to get a person to sell than it is to buy.
I'm not saying bulls don't time activities...they do it too...but something about making money by being a bear on the OTC feels evil and sordid. My guess is that the only ones that make money this way are already filthy rich and have massive banks.
