#563 RE: Live42Day #560

Live42Day, please research my posts on After Hours Form T sells at the Bid.

You will see that this is NOT good news at all.

Usually it is the Company or an Insider who has been "given shares as compensation for work" (ie, promoting the Stock, pumping, "consultation", or even a Conference Call Host) in lieu of cash.

I have warned other Boards about this as it happens.

Some listen and get out of the stock.

Some have never heard of this and deny this as a Pre-warning Sign and stay in while losing money.

While "After Hours Form T Sells at the Bid" are not good at all, the Good news is, if you find a stock that performs "After Hours Form T Buys at the Ask", then the Stock should go up.

The same rule applies.

Someone on the "INSIDE" knows something good is going to happen with the Company and the Stock.

Your question is extremely valid and carries more weight than you ever imagined!

I expect this relatively new method of monitoring Stock Price Projections will become the Norm in the very near future.

In the past, we had no tools available in which to monitor this action.

We have the Tools now and we should ALL use them to our advantage!

Good luck to You~

P.S.

I'm not saying that this could not bounce, but if it did, it would only be because the Market in general, (being conditioned this way after all these years) thought it should.

Many will get cut on this play.

Try to catch a falling knife and be prepared to get cut.

Be careful.
