OMG - It's not only 200,000 upfront it's a recurring fee with an annual 10% bump per year.

Over the 5 year contract it will cost $ 1,221,020 - just to sell the product as a sub licensee.

FYI - last quarter Clint rang up sales of 31 caskets. How in the world are they going to sell enough to cover the costs?
