Here's another question. Could SGI possibly be trying to block EGC from selling to Indian gaming, per their licensing deal? Nations are just that, legally independent Nations w/ their own laws and police forces on tribal lands...so EGC says the SGI deal only covers state and federal lotteries, but not Nation owned casinos and charities, and works a deal with Darwin in 2008 (who has 20 yrs. business exp. with Nations), based off the New Mexico casino deal in 2006 as a legal precedent. What if the 2006 casino deal revs. (and post 2006 tribal revs.) are what's held in the offshore account. Interesting that audit goes back to 2006.
