I want to share that I have some concern with the delay in issuing this 10Q.

IN a related Analogy - when my taxes are BAD NEWS (meaning I have to pay the I.R.S. a large sum of money), I delay my Tax Return as long as possible (October 15 is the last day after extensions).

HOWEVER...if I am getting a TAX REFUND, I file AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This year I am expecting a refund, and I am going to file at the end of this month (I am not even waiting till April 15).

I do have some concern as to why he is taking SO MUCH TIME to file this 10Q. I have read the 10Q, and it doesn't take that much time to file. He could do it in the time alotted....but he is extending to the last minute.

It is NOT proof of anything, just a further concern I have, and I wanted to share it with everyone, and read your comments.
