I'm sorry, then I guess I missed the entire point you were trying to make, whatever it was. I thought you were simply talking about whether companies should pr an NDA, or whether they had to via an 8K. I was simply saying that companies don't have to pr that they signed an NDA with someone, and I gave you a reason why they don't, or maybe shouldn't.

Obviously, I was mistaken and have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I assumed my post was pretty self explanitory, but obviously that was not what you were looking for. I wish you luck in whatever it was you were looking for.
