It really outlines the history of CPRK stock trading pattens in most respects. The document was posted by another iHub member and educated me in another scheme that I was not aware of. I posted last year that I thought somehow somebody was converting equity to themselves but could not figure out how they were doing it. Maybe this is how. The data fits the pattern.

This short manipulation has nothing to do with NSS since the stock manipulation is always covered by real shares. So really hard to catch this scheme.
If you look at the pattern of the short data. You will notice that when an AS increase occurs the short data is ahead of the curve. It shows a pattern of somebody knowing the AS has increased before the AS increase hits the state website and they are trading on that knowledge.
