Yeah, Scottrade will not even allow you to place the order when the sale price is that far from the current pps.

I've never had any difficulty setting a GTC sell order for a price several hundred times the current PPS. In fact, I have two right now that have been pending at $1.25 for months now, and my online broker is TD Ameritrade as well.
