IRBL still a Nevada company. IRBL re-ativated and kept filing after reverse merger occured in 1988 and the previous shell was used to revoke in 1986 that was unrelated to IRBL. (so, pls don't missunderstand about the fact.)

As a matter of fact,IRBL filed with SEC for 10Q on Nov 13, 2008 and 8K on Jan 30, 2009 and many others.

Yes, we need to double check why the agent did not pay the fling fees since March 2008. We may send an email to remind IRBL to ask it's agent to pay the filing fees, IMHO.
