I sure hope you're right ucant. And if you aren't, so be it. It has been one heck of a "roller-coaster" ride experience. IMO.. the best is yet to come. It seems like there are lots of concerns from some of the posters here, and I'm sure the next few PR will help clear up those concerns.

UC and Cut Above..A question..What would someone

have to inhale to exhale pure BS with no backup whatsoever for alleged facts straight from the inside?? At least no proof that I have seen?? I was at the cookie meet and heard but did not meet Laser, IMO he is sincere in support of EXBX along with both of you and many others. The message board was mentioned at the mtg. and is important to Mr. Kampa et al. I personally trust that UC is in direct contact with Dick. I talked to Dick after mtg. by phone and he is my kind of people and I trust him to do his best. For me this is kind of a DUH stock as we all knew the risk and hoped for the upside due to patents and OSR's validation. I still do not think it will fall under common stock rules as it is an all or nothing stock (unlike 99% of others) in that we have disruptive technology which has been validated by many third parties per Web-site etc. Hopefully enough stock has been returned or will be soon to fund us w/out massive dilution, AMO, but I think Tony Mason can control our destiny with a flick of his pen??? Condolences to Dick for his loss this past week of friend or loved one.
