I don't think anyone has necessarily claimed dilution has or is occuring...it just looks like some healthy discussion on the topic.
Either way, I agree with the majority sentiment that this does not fit a dilution scheme in any form or fashion. Everyone should remember that is isn't really the company "Exit Only, Inc." who is just the shell. The real company here is Summit, their established businesses, and a promising business plan...
