This sounds like a great idea for a REE play but one thing that was not mentioned in the article is that china will reduce its exports of REE's substantially beginning next year I believe. Guess they want to keep all the good stuff for their own growth.
REE's are a great play but the stocks aren't going to pop until there is a crunch in the supply that is sure to happen sometime in the next 3 years a figure. If the USA erects anymore trade barriers it might be sooner.
