K's and P's will be aquired by JPM... issuing new securities in a paper swamp, increase shares by miss divis and let the market dictate what the value is while the Preferreds collect divis....


what is holding us back is FDIcK...
the commons are another story.... could be the biggest golden nugget//blue diamond stock around in compensation...

again all are IMO...
