That was 9 months ago. They have signed Definitive Letters of Agreement and have PR'd such. I love how people like to omit DD that favors a drop in the PPS, lol.

Yes, and since then you have had in writing that all definitive agreements have been signed. As I said the CC is a little old in nature and content. Much has changed since the CC and all for the good IMO.
