To be honest my friend this is all i know and it was posted by ScubaJason, i have been going back through the old posting here to see if i have miss something, and i found the post by ScubaJason, so maybe we will fine something or get a PR next week is my best guess Buster, So far ScubaJason has been a good source of information on AVVH.

I am not sure if the date is moved or it is just another date for their case. It could be that the date is moved because the two party's are trying to come to a settlement. I don't know. Even though the new date has been added the schedule still reads the 'next' appearance date is 2/22/2010.

Just go here and login to the NY ECourts website and do a 'Party' search for 'AVVAA' and click the defendants option.
