They have announced a Redenomination and are going to remove 3 zeros.
A redenomination means there will be a NEW currency. They have said there will be a new currency with lower denominations. You will have to give 1000 current dinars to get 1 of the new dinars. That's the remove 3 zeros part.
This is exactly the same thing as a reverse split in stocks.
You are buying a currency that will have to be exchanged soon, and the only people who MIGHT exchange it for you are the dealers. And they are going to charge you a big % of your money to do it.
