I don't understand the thinking as to why some don't believe that MEG is part of SYNJ. Pinnacle was merged into SRE and SRE was reverse merged into SYNJ.

Am I missing something here? I mean, the MEG page states Peter Katzburg as CFO and we all know that appointment came from Mac and the correspondence came from Brian/SYNJ.
