That doesn't even make sense. Nobody wants to buy a house next to a biomass plant. Dude, don't try to make it look like Laidlaw is good for adjacent property owners. Implying so is ridiculous. Long term the Laidlaw plant is bad for the City and bad for Coos County. Clean Power, on the other hand, is a win-win for the City.
