Actually, and unfortunately I learned this from the head-on collision that I was a passenger in during Oct of 2008, you need to put ALL of your assets in a TRUST w/ a "SPIN-THRIFT" provision. According to Missouri law, it CAN'T BE TOUCHED.
It seems people are nearing their breaking points and are starting to fight back. This guy says he bulldozed his home to send a message to the banks. The guy who flew his plan into the IRS building said he did it to send a message to the IRS (well, actually, to THE PEOPLE, about the IRS). Yikes!
