I'd be pretty suprised if with break the 52 week high without a major announcement...

The one thing that I do try to keep in mind with Here! chasing us is that they are privately held. Sometimes I too am guilty of forgetting that this is JUST a stock. After five years, I'm a 'little' married to it :)
