#5913 RE: LongCYRX #5908

LONG C, just other commitments. I need to move on from the board, believe me it's a great board, with very intelligent posters. Some of those posters are well versed in the ways of the financial markets, I'm well versed in Cryoport.

Most of the emerging countries today, where clinical research is on a growth spurt, dry ice is, all will be banned. Transportation of dry ice via air across the sea, dangerous, most pilots want to avoid all together. There is no other product on the market that I know of, that can monitor location, temperature, have a data logger with pertinent information if needed, on demand at the touch of a button, especially if the FDA notifies you, Most importantly, the sample itself, the integrity of product is key! The savings and peace of mind to the end user, priceless. One final selling point,
the benefits of switching from dry ice to our product, makes a difference on the environment.
many large corporations as well as small realize this.

Lets take the financials and last weeks 10Q. How many investors own a bio-tech company in phase one or phase two development? Their balance sheets are bloodied, but the potential of their drug is promising. CYRXD is no different. Think of CYRXD as a young Bio-Tech Company.

If what I say is so wonderful, why won't FedEx invest. The last time i checked, they were a FRT company, not a venture capitalist company. If the products so great ,why can't we sign customers.
Two-fold, one, no money to expand, and secondly, a customer starting full scale with CYRXD currently, a dangerous proposal at best, because of balance sheet risk.

That leads us to now, the present, how do we satisfy the customers? How do we expand and grow the company? we need money. Until that money is secured, you're suspended.
Now this is where a gent like Tiger comes in. He understands this game probably better than most of us. His past experiences are a valuable tool to this board. This is something I don't understand and have always been the first to admit. But if my Buddy Tiger wants to debate me about the capital that is needed to ramp up, he lose every time.

I will say this in closing, there are many ways to skin a cat, and when the time is right,
this company will be a nice little growth story.

I extended the personal e-mail address, if anyone wants to use it while we wait for CYRXD to resolve their capital issues. once resolved, this company will do just fine.

Again all the best to everyone, and good luck!
