Thanks, I found the fractional roundup is in the filing, so that part isn't speculation. But whether or not a RS and/or FS ever take place is still speculation because the board hasn't made their "discretionary" decision to do so yet.
I think it's logical that they will do something (otherwise why put the RS/FS language in there).
So at this point we're basically waiting on the details to "be determined by the Board at a later time and at anytime until the next meeting of the Company’s shareholders."
They have to PR that decision or put it in a filing, right?
