Wyatt- Thank you for the rational here. How people see any lawsuit as a positive is beyond me. It only means more time until any business is actually taken care of. Companies continue running biz operations all the time with ongoing litigation. Why can't RCCH do the same? Where are the updates regarding business and the prospective uplist? This lawsuit is a HUGE red flag IMO. Fits the pattern of a pinky drawing things out as long as it can....imo
