I have the same thoughts as you Bigplay. Having 95% of my accounts invested in JGBO means that you cannot invest in other potentially worthwhile companies.

As for failing to be able to uplist.... bit your lip. Lets hope not.

There was only one Chinese stock that I know of. They were a pink sheet saying that they applied for NasDaq listing. PPS was around 0.004, thus just a pump.

I think most of the time you do not have companies air their application, just because if they do fail then this would be very bad news.

If they don't get listed on Nasdaq than your $18 is a reasonable exit price...

But uplisting can be delayed but why would it be cancelled? If they recieve comments from Nasdaq they can always try to solve the issues?
BTW have you had contact recently with Crocker Coulson or Ms. Sung that makes you believe uplisting has become uncertain?

Not to name names but I know of a few that have gone to the chinese market(name slips me now) and shown promise, nothing like the Nas. I really would like to hear about an uplisting soon though. I feel this would do more the co. than any of their drugs, or buy outs. I dont know all the details of them being in compliance with all the requirments of the uplisting. I know they are not going to let us know partials, when all are in compliance is when they will PR it.

Another thought for me is I dont want to see either of you leave JGBO at this time. I have two reasons: 1) is I have enjoyed, and appreciate, the DD that the two of you(big and 996) have put into this company on this board. I have been into JGBO since GTEC and I know you two have also. 2) We have good gains in this so far, but I think the payoff would be much greater soon. How soon I am not sure of but I know it is coming. The history of the company is to only PR sure things without fluff.

The earnings report will be out soon and should show some good numbers.
Hang in there for the fun ride that will be coming.
