ALKN - I just talked to the IR firm. The Transfer Agent refers share structure to the IR firm. You can call Ryan Miller at 800-400-1290. As of today, the float is 14.5 million, which is unchanged from when I checked over a month ago. I have the O/S as 130,300,680. Majority is held by the people running the company.
I am on an email list to get the IR kit when it comes out. They are dealing with large companies in their efforts to prove the product. The future looks bright if this product is even close to as good as advertised.
