That said there is nothing to worry regarding a small RS in order to uplist. Many chinese companies have done that before in the last couple of months and it has never been a problem.

Don't confuse this with a real RS in penny stocks and the implications of such. This is a different game here if you do a 3-1 or 4-1 split.
