Shareholder damages here should easily exceed 90 million. (Pike alone is down over 12 million) Between the SEC, the class action lawsuits, the NY Mets, Madison Square Garden and the television production company, this pie will be cut into a lot of pieces.

If they can not get enough from the promoters and the Fraudster Freaks through disgorgement, they will take the company's assets. That is what they do when they bust a massive fraud like this.

Well, kind of. 90M could buy you way more than the float in terms of shares, but airshares, not real shares. I imagine the people that own the real shares are looking for alot more than 25 cents.
