I am long term shareholder and a rare contributor to what I consider the best CYRX resource in the market. The past weeks events are concerning and I wondering if someone who has talked with senior leadership can spell out exactly what they know about the "R&R" situation and debt conversion. It seems somebody walked away from the table and my guess is that is not making Fed Ex a happy "new" partner. Further do we have insight on what the period of adjustment is on this "oversight" by Peter. How the F--K do you not button that up prior to releasing you S1. I am a firm Larry believer as I have no reason to not be but this manipulation by R&R possibly, correct me if I am wrong, is inexcusable.
