I googled Larry Stambaugh and his resume is very impressive and you say he has no money.(B.S) Correct me if I am wrong but I do not believe you can excercise on the same day. Also you talk about dillution, 5.5 million shares outstanding to me is very little. This market cap is very small and has a ton of room to grow with the financing to continue operations. Like reading peoples posts here on this board but definately not yours because all I hear is B.S.
