That might be true, but they do not want to put some penny thief in jail. They want the big guys fromthe big boards. JF is a small scam player. They want more Stanfords and Madoffs to make big news with billions stolen, not the disgutsing fat JF. He is just a street thug punk and it will be years before the most incompetent SEC will do anything to him. in my opinion.
