Market waits for FOMC minutes The averages almost fell into negative territory over the past hour but have since rebounded to where they've been for most of the day. The market continues to trade in a narrow range as it awaits the release of the minutes of the January FOMC meeting which are due out at 2 pm ET. The Dow is up 41 points, the NASDAQ is up 6.50 points, and the S&P is up 4.0 points. :
