I think the small players and even ERHE are being given the minimum amount of information that SNP believes they can get away with and it's probably a struggle even to get that. You know what I think about doing business with the Chinese. They pay top dollar and that is definitely a plus but on the other side of the coin they are not easy to work with. I think anyone who has worked with them would agree with that assessment and I think the Chinese would probably agree with it themselves.
