in your opinion, what would be a ballpark percentage profit margin on a claim like this? for instance.. 20% an ounce. more? less?

That puts things in another perspective. I imagine the enviro guys will be out in full force (probably have nothing better to do b/c of all the unemployment). I'm confident that the company will win out in the end, but after reading your message, my time horizon has been lengthened considerably.

It's very difficult to strike a balance between the planet and business (especially when business has such a terrible track record).

If the enviro folks only knew the accuracy of governmental studies and predictions, they might ask SUGO to plant more trees instead of getting the all clear from uncle Sam.

Thanks for the Link. I went to it, and noticed at the bottom of the page that "THIS ACTION IS NO LONGER ACTIVE".

I don't presume to know as much about this as you. Made me wonder if democracyinaction had quit fighting.
