Share holders will probably not have any interest in whoever's hands the product end up. thats assuming that the "product" survives. i don't think it will, because it has not been shown to be a profitable product. Nor even a very popular product except among the share holders.
I disagree, the redflags have been flying at SPNG for some time, long before the SEC got involved......
these stocks are for flipping, nothing more.....long term investment in penny stocks almost always results in large losses if you don't take advantage of profit opportunities.....the evidence of this is all over I-hub.....people who were way up at some point, but now bagholders....
but it wasn't a bad decision to leave a bulk of your cash in there.
