Lesnshawn, I agree that we see SOME of it differently but there is plenty that I agree with also. Unfortunately it is overshadowed with my particular issues.
Some comments in your post
They will only get there by getting on a higher exchange ASAP. Maybe that may be two years out or so. So be it. It will take $4-$5/share to get there plus revenues, etc. but that's where they want to be and they can't get there by continuing their slash/burn tactics post R/S.
In light of 2009 alone, 2 years is plenty of time for them to inflict plenty of more damage before they need to worry about appearances
I think partly (mostly?) the reason as well will be due to them being tied to the hip of their "big brother", Neustar. They don't want and won't allow (IMO) their good name and STELLAR REPUTATION to be soiled by being in close relationship/partnership w/ a fellow publicly traded company that deals it's investors such "penny stock shenanigans". The end of the pilot and execution of the R/S will signal the end of YA's sleazy seemingly pump/dump extortion of shareholder wealth.
Now this is an excellent point.
One note though, the shenanigans have continued since they aligned themselves publicly with Neustar. And another reason I bought more shares when that deal was announced.
To cash out like YA wants to over the next eight years, they'll need hundreds of thousands of investors of all levels and the only way they'll get the necessary liquidity and interest in their investment over that period of time is to make it so that everyone will want to HOLD a seat on this "Gravy Train" and opposed to jumping off a spiraling out of control roller coaster.
Another excellent point.
Well, we certainly are NOT the shareholders/investor they want to hold on this gravy train - are we?
I believe we are just a layer of the game that fuels the root of their. The shareholders you refer to are not in this game yet and I do not get the impression YA is interested in them joining at this time, (or anytime soon - yet)
I have such little regard NOW for YA that I can't help see everything through my grey colored specs.
They would r/s this again and again if required (an exaggeration that I do NOT believe, but the point I do believe in very much so these days) This will be bled right up to last moment before success takes over.
And until then, how much damage can YA inflict.
I do not see much before the end of the year which should bode well overall, but then again, I did not think Neomedia would be doing any further financing deals with this devil either.
(just shows how much I really know here)
I commend your faith.
I hope you are 'completely' correct and on track.
Nothing would please me more.
Regards,
Jeff
