Yes Gummy, I spoke with Evette Aguiar and mentioned that information was given by Barbara and she has no idea why she released the information. Evette said no violation has been written at all. If a violation was written, the only way to obtain the information i.e. the type of violation would be by written request. They will not disclose any violation over the phone. Maybe that Counter Supervisor was confused. I'm just relaying what was said. I called her at 3:50 pm Pacific Time. I know you aren't trying to do anything wrong...just doing you DD. You can try to catch her now if you feel I am lying.
