When I opened my 1st Z acct. they applied all stated time restrictions to me. Since I've been with them for some time now and my funds, like most people's, always clear, they impose none of them. At any rate, one should not need to jump through hoops like a trained seal to receive a simple quote. jmo..glta

not true with Zecco. I opened an account with them and immediately was trading pennies, as that's all that I trade.
