I suggest you read all of my posts and that should give you a clear indication why this is going down. The company was supposed to file their quarterly report and it didn't. They are always late. That is never a good sign. They put out ridiculous press releases that nobody believes any more and they have stopped or appeared to have stopped employing pump and dump email houses and website hype artists. They are down to very little cash, so without an infusion they are going to be toast in a quarter or two.
