Hi G1,
It may very well be that the company is currently a shell, with no active employees or customers. There are still a lot of stock holders and shares which people arent trading. If it was defunct or worthless I think the share price would be worthless from people dumping the stock. I looked at an older post # 6267. Jim Farinella if he did indeed own 5% of the outstanding shares would have lost more than most if it was worthless. Its hard for me to believe that he would not have dumped his shares if he knew it would be worthless... I still holding for some type of news.
