Certain smaller owners may be trying to work a exit without commiting to the drilling program, selling their percentage to someone like SNP

Spp, why would the ability for some of the smaller players to come up with finances or wether their ready to commit have anything to do with wether snp decides to move forward, they are the operators so the decision should be theirs, and besides they wouldn't start drilling tomorrow it is just to let them know they intend on moving forward hopefully sometime in the near future And what choice do the other players really have but to follow the lead of the operator or possibly sell out.
