take look at otcbb: alrt. they have announced in their last two press releases they expect FDA 510k approval by year end. And with their clinical trial results so positive for diabetics and CMS (medicare) looking at the following policy change

http://www.hmenews.com/?p=article&id=hm2010108KIJ4u

This proposed policy change, if approved, among other items, will require documentation of patients use of blood sugar test strips, before a health care diabetes test supply provider can ship or issue new supplies to the patient. The reason this policy change is being proposed is to reduce waste in the supply of the blood sugar test strips. It has been stated by various health care professionals that 50%, or higher, of the test strips are not used (wasted), and the suppliers keep shipping the re-supply. Given that more than $3 billion is spent on blood sugar test strips annually, the cost savings if documentation is required would exceed $ one billion annually. The OIG (office of inspector general) will likely be supporting this policy change as well, due to the significant cost savings opportunity. Public comment period ends on November 8, and the policy could be announced and implemented shortly after this date. Health care suppliers are objecting to the some elements of the proposed policy but that is standard for them to complain about any change that can cut into their revenues; but in this case it's well recognized that this policy will reduce waste and lower costs so the health supply industry complaints won't have much credibility. Medicare is looking for ways to cut costs without reducing patient care..........this is a perfect place to do so.

alrt could be well positioned to capitalize.

We work very hard to make sure that ads shown on Google provide useful information for our users. But sometimes we need to take action against ads that violate our policies, as when we block malware ads, or when we filed suit last year against “Google Money” scammers.
